China to Europe Truck Freight for Fridge Magnets and Licensed IP Toys

More European buyers are sourcing small lifestyle products and character goods from China. At AllDaigou, recent enquiries have been especially strong for fridge magnets and licensed IP plush toys shipped to Spain, Germany and France.
For consolidated cartons and commercial orders, China–Europe truck freight can offer a practical balance between cost and transit time. Our current estimated transit time is about 20 days, subject to collection, consolidation, border conditions, customs clearance and final delivery.
Quick answer: Truck freight is often suitable for 21–1,000 kg shipments that are too large for parcel delivery but do not need air-freight speed. Send us your product links, quantity, packed size, weight and destination postcode for a route check and final quotation.
China to Europe truck freight rates
The following rates are reference freight prices for compatible general cargo. Charges are calculated by the applicable chargeable weight and must be confirmed before dispatch.
| Chargeable weight | Reference rate |
|---|---|
| 21–50 kg | CNY 28/kg |
| 51–100 kg | CNY 27/kg |
| 101–500 kg | Contact us for a tailored quote |
| 501–1,000 kg | CNY 26/kg |
Estimated transit time: approximately 20 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. The final route, departure schedule, customs inspection, destination and last-mile arrangement can affect the delivery time.
The reference rates above cover freight only unless your written quotation states otherwise. China domestic collection, purchasing service, inspection, repacking, insurance, customs brokerage, import duty, VAT, remote-area fees and destination delivery may be charged separately.
Simple freight examples
- 40 kg × CNY 28/kg = CNY 1,120
- 80 kg × CNY 27/kg = CNY 2,160
- 600 kg × CNY 26/kg = CNY 15,600
These examples are for reference only. The final billable amount depends on confirmed cargo details and chargeable weight. For shipments below 21 kg, we can compare other available shipping methods.
Why Spain, Germany and France are receiving more China-sourced goods
Retailers, online sellers, event organisers and souvenir businesses across Europe are looking for products that are easy to customise, display and reorder. Fridge magnets fit gift shops and tourist retail, while plush toys and character goods attract collectors and younger buyers.
Spain, Germany and France are frequent destinations because they combine large consumer markets with active e-commerce and speciality retail sectors. Truck freight can be useful when a buyer wants to consolidate several suppliers into one shipment instead of sending many separate parcels.
However, a successful shipment starts before transport is booked. Product compliance, intellectual-property rights, carton dimensions, customs information and destination requirements should be checked at the sourcing stage.
Shipping fridge magnets from China to Europe
Fridge magnets are compact, but their unit weight adds up quickly. A carton with resin, ceramic or metal souvenir magnets may be much heavier than it looks. Before quotation, we recommend confirming:
- material and product dimensions;
- magnet type and magnetic strength;
- quantity and net weight per unit;
- inner packaging and carton quantity;
- finished carton dimensions and gross weight;
- whether the product is sold as a souvenir, decorative item or toy;
- labels, warnings and destination-language information required by the buyer.
Magnets should be separated and immobilised so they do not collide, scratch decorative surfaces or damage retail packaging. For fragile resin or ceramic designs, dividers, corner protection and stronger outer cartons can reduce breakage. For carton grouping and repacking considerations, see our Taobao and 1688 order consolidation guide for Europe.
Shipping licensed IP plush toys and character goods
Character plush toys can sell well, but they need more checks than ordinary textile products. AllDaigou only supports genuine goods or products backed by valid authorisation. Counterfeit or unauthorised character products can be detained or destroyed by customs and may expose the importer to legal claims.
The EU explains that customs authorities enforce intellectual-property rights against counterfeit and pirated goods. Buyers should keep supplier invoices, licensing documents and product records and should not rely only on a low price or marketplace description. Read the European Commission guidance on counterfeit goods and IPR enforcement.
If the plush item is classified as a toy, it must meet applicable EU toy-safety requirements and bear the required CE marking before it is placed on the EU market. Importers must verify that the manufacturer has completed the required conformity procedures and that documentation, traceability information, instructions and warnings are available. The European Commission provides official guidance on placing toys on the EU market and on the responsibilities of importers and distributors.
Warehouse inspection can confirm visible details requested by the buyer, such as quantity, colour, size, labels, packaging condition and obvious defects. It is not a substitute for laboratory testing, a conformity assessment, licensing verification or legal advice. Our inspection service can be tailored to a written checklist.
How the China–Europe truck freight process works
1. Send product and destination details
Provide product links or specifications, quantity, supplier location, expected carton size and weight, destination country and postcode. For branded or character goods, also provide evidence of authenticity or authorisation.
2. Confirm whether the cargo is accepted
We review the product type and available route. Batteries, liquids, food, cosmetics, medicines, dangerous goods, animal or plant materials and some magnetic products may need a different route or additional documents. Acceptance must be confirmed before purchase or warehouse delivery.
3. Collect goods at the China warehouse
Goods from one or several suppliers can be received at the warehouse. The incoming cartons are registered, and requested quantity or appearance checks can be completed before consolidation.
4. Inspect, consolidate and repack
We follow the agreed inspection checklist, take photos when requested and recommend protective packing for the product. Consolidating suppliers can reduce duplicate cartons, but packaging should never be reduced at the expense of product safety.
5. Confirm quotation and dispatch
After the packed weight and dimensions are known, we confirm the freight route, chargeable weight, included services, estimated transit time and required documents. You approve the quotation before dispatch.
6. Customs clearance and final delivery
The importer or its appointed representative must provide accurate customs information and complete the destination-country formalities. EU duties, taxes and product requirements depend on the goods and importing country. The European Commission’s Access2Markets import guidance can help businesses check tariffs, taxes, formalities and product requirements.

Frequently asked questions
Is the 20-day transit time guaranteed?
No. About 20 days is an estimated transit time for the route. Warehouse preparation, departure schedules, border congestion, customs inspections, holidays, weather and final delivery can change the actual timing.
Are duty and VAT included in the listed rate?
Not unless they are expressly included in your written quotation. Import duty, VAT and customs-related costs depend on the product, value, HS classification, destination and declared trade terms.
Can you ship unlicensed character toys?
No. We do not accept counterfeit goods or unauthorised use of protected brands and characters. Please provide genuine purchase records and licensing or authorisation documents where applicable.
Can I combine fridge magnets and plush toys from different suppliers?
Potentially, yes. The goods must first pass route and compliance checks. Different products can require different protection, documentation or carton separation, so we confirm the packing plan before consolidation.
What happens if the shipment weighs 101–500 kg?
Please request a tailored quotation. This weight range is priced after we check the actual cargo, carton dimensions, destination and available departure schedule.
