8% × product purchase amount. For example, CNY 1,000 of products carries a CNY 80 purchasing fee. Shipping is calculated separately.

International shipping
For the parcel routes below: chargeable weight × the applicable per-kg rate + handling per parcel. Final packed measurements and route rules determine the chargeable weight.

Does submitting an inquiry place an order?
No. The inquiry starts a quotation request. Product availability, inspection scope, shipping and the payable total are confirmed before you approve a purchase. Keep your product links and requested specifications in the message.
How much is the purchasing service fee?
The purchasing fee is 8% of the product purchase amount for USA and European orders. Product costs, domestic delivery, shipping and any agreed warehouse services are itemised separately.
Can you combine orders from different sellers?
Yes, consolidation can be arranged for suitable goods. Tell us which orders to combine and whether original packaging must be kept. Final packing and shipping costs depend on the goods received.
Can I get an exact delivery time now?
A transit estimate is provided with the route quotation. Supplier lead time, inspection, dispatch scheduling and clearance also affect the arrival date.
Does a shipping quote include taxes and duties?
Only charges explicitly listed as included are covered. Ask us to identify customs clearance, duties, taxes and final delivery separately in your quote.
Can all products be shipped?
Eligibility depends on the item and route. Tell us about batteries, liquids, magnets, branded goods or other special characteristics before purchasing so we can check acceptance and document requirements.
